The stellar constellation “Uster” gives a poetic interpretation to Christmas Lighting by bringing the starry night sky down to the city centre for Christmas. The stars appear almost tangible and turn into constellations when viewed from specific viewpoints. Stellar constellations were the initial starting points of the lighting concept, but the Christmas lighting is primarily defined by the aesthetics and design of the illuminating spherical glass stars.
